Mermay 2023 Day 1: Swimming Against The Tide

Happy first day of Mermay to all those who celebrate! I love drawing mermaids so I managed to squeeze this one in between my commissions. Gonna try to do as many as I can this year since this Mermay is special because the live-action version of the Little Mermaid comes out later this month.

Speaking of Ariel, I did some fanart of her last year, after the first teaser came out. Can you tell I'm excited about this movie?? I definitely am.
